All Binary Racks Web Hosting plans include a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation of your account or before the next due date.
Our refund policy does not include Domain Registration, Domain Transfers, software license fees (cPanel, DirectAdmin, Fantastico, Softaculous, Litespeed, RvSkin, etc), Domain Privacy, or any addon services such as dedicated IP, server management, SSL, credit card processing fees and setup fees. No full refunds are available after 30 days. In order to cancel service, you must submit a cancellation request.
30 Day Refund does not apply to clients with a prior hosting account with us. For example, if you signed up for a VPS and requested refunded within 30 days but decided to sign up again after a few months you will not be given a refund. We consider this abuse of our 30 day refund policy. Furthermore, 30 day refund policy doesn't apply for the user who heavily uses the system resources (bandwidth, CPU) and ask for a refund even when there were no problems with service.
Accounts canceled/terminated by Binary Racks Host for violating our terms of service do not qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee or partial refund after 30 days. For example, if your account is canceled due to spamming, illegal activity or hosting unacceptable content, you will not be given any refund.
